Official Fan of Nyx Cosmetics!

                   Starting today, I am now an official fan of Nyx Cosmetics. Gosh, they got great products compared to other high end brands. No offense, but there's nothing else I could say or any complaints about Nyx products'.

I am going to make review about the products I bought yesterday at Nyx Shop located at SM North EDSA Annex Upper Ground Floor. I'll post my reviews by next week. So watch out guys.

I actually bought Nyx Round Lippies in Blush shade (P 260) and Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Istanbul shade (P 360).

As of now, I am in the middle of testing or observing the product.

Wet N' Wild Silk Finish Lipstick in 522A or Dark Wine Review + Swatches

                      Wet N' Wild Silk Finish Lipstick  are one of the drugstore's greatest semi-hidden gems. It's formula would't be out of place in a high end brands.


        Wet N' Wild Silk Finish Lipstick in 522A or Dark Wine

Color Description:

• Dark, a sort of purple, vampy color

Formula:

• Smooth
• Creamy
• Moisturizing, but not slippery or greasy

Packaging:

• It looks a bit cheap
• Plastic and not very attractive, but quite functional

Lasting Hours:

• Without Eating / Drinking: Halfday
• If not: 2-3 Hours

Tip for a MATTE finish:

• After applying the lipstick, blot it using a tissue. Then, there you get a matte finish.

Rating:

• 8/10
• Not bad :)

Will I Repurchase again?

• Yes, I'll try other shades.

Overall, I love the Wet N' Wild Silk Finish line.
Great formula, great color...

Revlon Matte Lipstick Reiew

Hello guys! I am back. It's been a while. I'm sorry cause I've been busy this past few weeks. You know, midterm exams. :)

But don't worry guys. Because I'm back and I have a review.

And today's review is all about my all time favorite lipstick. The Revlon's Super Lustrous Matte Lipstick. I bought two colors:

1.  Cocoa Craving 008
2.  Mauve It Over 003

Price: 475 Pesos

I'm using the shade of Cocoa Craving 008 :)

I really love this lipstick. I've always been afraid to wear cozy / slight brownish lipstick, thinking that I couldn't pull it off. But I was wrong, I received compliments when I wore this and it looked amazing on me.

What I like about this lipstick:

• matte
• fragrance-free
• very pigmented
• glides easily and smooth 
• packaging is awesome
• didn't experience any allergies or itch
• last for 4 hours

What I don't like:

• nothing

Review: Nichido True Colors Collection Powder Blush in COOL RUM

As promised, this review is all about Nichido True Colors Collection Powder Blush.

This is my favorite blush! I've been using this for like 2 years already. A lot of my classmates use Nichido too! If you haven't checked this out you might want to read along :)

Mine is in COOL RUM :)

Nichido is available at every SM Department Store, Watson's, and also at Landmark's. It is one of the brands with the cheapest makeup.

in Cool Rum (without flash)

The packaging is very simple and handy. The clear lid gives you an idea what the color is. Unfortunately, this doesn’t have any mirror or come with a brush. So you have to have your own brush. The pan is housed in a black plastic jar with a screw-on lid. It is a little flimsy though; well I wasn’t really expecting something heavy.

Texture is smooth and soft but yeah could be chalky if not blended well. This is not really a compact makeup since it crumbles easily if I accidentally drop it.

This didn’t cause any breakouts on my cheeks. :) No irritation or redness experienced with this one though generally I rarely get irritated with powder products.

If there’s one thing I don’t like about this product is its staying power.

• Color suits my skin tone
• Matte finish
• Looks natural
• Good color payoff
• Buildable – could be applied sheer or built to the desired intensity
• Not streaky
• Didn’t break me out or cause any irritation
• Very affordable for only 88 pesos!

what i don’t like about it

• Staying power is poor
• Quite powdery
• Flimsy packaging
